Who handles your information
Tech 4 Humanity Pty Ltd operates Augmented Memories. This notice describes information submitted through the archive request form on this website.
What we collect
If you submit the form, we collect your name, email address, the optional first memory you choose to write, the fact and time of your request, and basic campaign/source information used to understand where the request came from.
Why we use it
We use these details to record your request, respond to you about the next step, and prevent duplicate requests. The form does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not use the submitted memory to train a public AI model.
Where it is stored and who can access it
Request data is stored in a restricted database service used by the application. Access is limited to authorised systems and people who need it to handle the request. We do not sell your personal information. We do not publish submitted memories.
How long we keep it
We keep request details only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the request, and meet applicable legal or record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete your request, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to include a memory. You can also request access, correction or deletion by contacting Tech 4 Humanity through the contact details provided on the main website. Please do not submit highly sensitive information or personal details about another person unless you have a proper basis to share them.
Service status
Submitting this form records an archive request only. It does not by itself create a complete digital archive, start a paid plan, or create an AI assistant. Those services require separate steps and clear information before activation.
